Our loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend Peggy Mae Scott passed away May 19th, 2013 surrounded by her treasured family and friends. While she loved her family here on Earth we can take solace in the notion she has been reunited with her family that have passed before her, whom she loved and adored so much. Peggy was born on April 27th, 1944 in Tooele, UT the youngest daughter of Benjamin Franklin & Ella Emily Hunt of Grantsville, UT where she grew up. She met Robert B Scott Jr. and they married on October 7th, 1961. They made their home in Tooele. Peggy graduated from Cosmetology school and became an award winning hair stylist, a career which she enjoyed for many years. She and Bob also raised three boys; Bobby, Curtis and Brian all of whom she claimed was her greatest accomplishment in life. She lived for her kids and grandkids. Peggy enjoyed playing the guitar and singing, writing songs and poetry. She was an excellent interior decorator and created beautiful flower arrangements for every occasion and loved ones homes. Above all she loved her family. Her most precious moments were spending time with family and friends at the family cabin in southern Utah, around a mountain campfire or in her meticulously landscaped backyard of which she was very proud. She is survived by her husband Robert Bruce Scott Jr. Sons: Robert Bruce Scott III, Curtis Ben Scott and Brian Glen (Brenda) Scott. Six grandchildren: Rhiannon Scott, Cheyenne Robyn Scott, Cassidy Ann Scott, Halen Gage Scott, Darian Paige Scott, Myleigh Sage Scott. Sisters: Luahna “LaWana” Ruth (Duane) Dickman, Ramona (Frank) Taylor and brother Max Bennie “Tubby” (Nadine) Hunt. And countless precious cousins, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents Benjamin Franklin & Ella Emily Hunt, elder siblings Thelma Jane (Art) Peasnall, Arthur Thomas “Bud” (Lenore) Hunt, Darlene Ada (Earl) Bolinder, Fawn Ellis (Fustine) Hunt, Junior Taylor (Laverne) Hunt and Evelyn Ella (Frank) Hoffman. A memorial service for her family, relatives and friends will be held Thursday, May 23 at the LDS Little Mountain Ward Church at 777 East Skyline Dr. Viewing will be at 9:30 AM, services at 11:00 AM, Internment at the Tooele City Cemetery at 1:00 PM.
