Lucky Mason

Lucky Mason, Born Lucretia Jones, passed away surrounded by family and friends on November 6, 2025. As a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, and friend Lucky’s fascinating, creative character emerged in everything she did. Lucky had a talent for music and crafts. She expressed these talents throughout her life, working to serve others, and gifting her creative crafty nature to everyone she met.

Lucky was born on January 21, 1954, in Cook County, Illinois, the oldest daughter of Don William Jones Sr. and Claudette Jones. Her siblings include Don Jones, Jr, and Anicia “Jo” Willey. Lucky was preceded by her father Don Jones Sr. Lucky is survived by her mother “Terri” Jones, her husband and companion, Richard Mason, three children, Heather McGuire, Jonathan Mason, Jennifer Larson, and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Private graveside services will be held in Grantsville, Utah.
