Liu was born on April 17th 2023 at LDS Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah. He grew up in Stansbury Park, Utah. When he was born he was so eager to get here. He was a strong boy who was interested in everything and everyone around him. He was the brightest, most happy boy ever.
He is the son to Amber Maumasi and Peter Tavai. Little brother to Elias Tavai.
