Jose Aragon

Jose "Jake" Jacobo Aragon was born 1-12-26 to Denaciana "Chanita" Aragon Vigil in Ranchos de Taos. He had 7 siblings: Feles, Clorinda, Dora, Maria, Porfilia, Cornelio and Luciano along with nephew Pablo and favorite niece Clara "Chata". Jake married Gertrude M. Graham on June 24th 1946. They had 6 children: Frank Kiko, Tessie, Anthony, Robert, Eddie and Monica "Mone". Together they raised grandchildren Frankie, Clemaca, Rudy, Anjelica and Andy. He leaves behind wife Gertrude Aragon, son Kiko, daughter Tessie (Joe) Santistevan, daughter Monica (Jose) Lozano and son Rudy Aragon, 17 grandchildren, 40 great grandchildren and 29 great-great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by mother Denaciana Vigil; siblings Feles, Clorinda and Dora; sons Anthony, Eddie, Robert and grandsons Frankie and Anthony. A Viewing/ Rosary will be held 6-8 pm Wednesday, April 17, 2013 at St. Marguerite's Church. Burial Mass will be Thursday, April 18, 2013, also at St. Marguerite's Church.
