Tuesday afternoon, our world lost a shining star when heavenly father summoned his beloved son Jeremy back home. Jeremy is survived by: mother Kristine, sister Gina, nieces and nephews Teila, Josh, Jackie and Jonny, two beautiful grand-nieces, aunts, uncles and cousins who will miss him dearly. Jeremy is also survived by his beautiful fiancAC. Rosemarie who is left alone in the islands of the Philippines. She captured his heart and he loved her dearly. She brought such love, happiness and joy to his life. And then there is Jeremy's "other family," a multitude of friends, co-workers, and co-harts. We will continue to learn just how loved he is and how sorely missed he will be.

A memorial for Jeremy will be hold at the Tooele 19th ward located at 1030 South 900 West on Saturday April 23 at 12:30 to 1:30 pm with refreshments following. Viewing of the deceased will be at the same location at 6:00 to 8:00 pm on Friday April 22 and again on Saturday 10:00 to 12:00am.
