Harold Gill

Harold Gene Gillit, born April 16, 1932 went to be with the Lord on August 20, 2012. He passed away peacefully in his sleep while surrounded by his loving family and friends. The family wishes to thank Harmony Home Health and Hospice for their loving and tender care of Harold and the family during his last days. He is preceded in death by his wife Frances, mother and father, brother Donald Bradford Gillit, sister Virginia Anne Gillit Armstrong, sister Kay Frances Gillit Mitchell, and Kenneth Rex Gillit. Harold is survived by his loving wife Jan, his three children Bruce (Mary), Helen, Steven (Cameron), two step children Scott Okerlund, Tina Okerlund Roberts (Mark), Grandchildren, Elijah Gillit, Cody, Jordan, Casey, Megan, Keenan Roberts. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, August 25th at 11:00 am at Grace Community Bible Church located at: 11600 South 1300 East, Sandy Utah. Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the Church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Grace Community Bible Church.
