Elsie Arthella Dalley, precious sister, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great grandmother, passed away December 14, 2011 at Mountain West Medical Center from an unexpected illness. She was loved by everyone who met her. Arthella had the biggest heart. She dedicated her whole life to her family and she made sure that you knew it, no matter what. She loved making homemade gifts. When she had a spare moment she loved to go to Wendover. She married Jim Jones (deceased), Bill Eden (divorced), Oliver Dalley (deceased). Arthella is survived by her children Dorian (Mike) Reynolds, Dennis Eden, Sheradeen (Reed) Peterson, Vickie (John) Benton, Darla (Billy) Carlson, Joe (Vickie) Eden, Randy (Shelly) Eden, Janell (Jim) Korslund; stepchildren Adele Romero, Pat Hill; sisters Theda, Fern, Jewell; brother George. Arthella has 31 grandchildren (four deceased), 69 great grandchildren (four deceased) and 15 great-great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husbands, daughter Peggy Peterson, son Jim Jones, stepsons Billy Joe Eden and John Dalley; three brothers and one sister. A viewing will be held at the 3rd Ward LDS Church 141 W. Utah Ave on Friday, December 16 from 6-8 p.m. Services will be Saturday, December 17 at the 18th Ward LDS Church, 1000 W. Utah Ave at 12 p.m. Viewing prior to the service at 11 a.m. Interment Tooele City Cemetery. Please send flowers to the 18th Ward Church. In lieu of flowers, monetary donations would be appreciated.
