In Loving Memory of Diana Lee Anderton
On the morning of Saturday, May 9, 2026, our beloved Diana passed away peacefully in her sleep to join her husband and the love of her life, Ray Anderton, as well as her mother, Mary Brewer; father, David Jensen; and stepfather, Harry Brewer. She also joins her nephew, Jared, and her great-grandchildren, Brandon, Sawyer, and Heavenlee.
Diana was 74 years old at the time of her passing. Her passing was attributed to natural causes associated with end-stage COPD.
As the time came closer, my heart grew colder
You have always been my hero, teaching me to be a soldier
You will never fully know how much I owe you
You will never fully know what I would go through
I would give you the world all over again
To let you live the life you always wanted
You raised me and loved me like no one else could
Even on days when I felt no one should.
I need you to know how thankful I am,
I need you to know how much I care,
And I need you to know I will always be there.
No matter what, you will always be in my heart.
You are the woman who gave me my start.
My momma birthed me, yes that’s true,
But my grandma raised me through and through.
You are my hero and always will be.
Now let your soul finally be free.
I love you with all that I am, Grandma—today, tomorrow, forever, and always.
—Your Haley Bones
Diana was a caring woman, so much so that she would give the shirt off her own back to help others. Many people can recall a memory where she did something to help someone around her. She raised her grandchildren as if they were her own children, and as adults, they loved her as a mother.
She was also the first one to literally kick your butt out the door if needed. Diana did not put up with anyone’s nonsense. A hero to many, she will never be forgotten.
Diana is survived by her daughters, Kerri and Terri Anderton; her brothers, David, Tommy, and Reed Jensen; her best friends/sisters, Sylvia, Christine, and Joyce; her best friend/brother, Carl Clausing; her granddaughter, Haley Thompson and her partner, Michael Minor; her grandson, Ray Thompson; and her great-grandchildren, McKenna, Jaxx, and Raylee, as well as many other family members and friends.
She will be deeply missed by many and unconditionally loved by all.
Together forever, never apart. Maybe in distance, but never in heart.
We love you. Rest in paradise.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, May 23, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at 81 Church Street, Grantsville, Utah 84029.
Lunch will be provided. We only ask that you come, have a good time, share memories, and celebrate the wonderful life she lived.
