Daphne Marie Gonzales

With heavy hearts, we share the passing of Daphne Marie Gonzales. A beloved daughter, sister, mother, aunt, and friend who departed this life unexpectedly at the age of 51 on April 1, 2024. Born to Clarence and Diana Gonzales on August 15,1972 in Embudo, New Mexico.

Daphne's vibrant independent spunky spirit illuminated the lives of all who knew her. She graduated from Tooele High School in 1990, and continued on to further her education obtaining several degrees. She started growing a loving family of her own in 1994 in Tooele UT.  Daphne had an adventurous soul and loved the outdoors, music, traveling, art, photography, reading, and her most prized possessions, her daughters Lorencia and Morgan Martinez. She was extremely loved and cherished by all who knew her in this lifetime, and by those who will travel with her into the next. May God rest her soul in peace.  

She is survived by Clarence (Marcie) Gonzales, Naomi (Jody) Keifer, Isaac (Daphne) Gonzales, Andrea (David) Gonzales; her two beautiful daughters Lorencia (Bernadette) Martinez and Morgan Martinez.

She is welcomed in heaven with open arms by her mother Diana Gonzales, Grandparents Jose and Fannie Gonzales, Augustina Valerio, her favorite Tio Lupe and several cousins she adored and friends. 

Please join us in celebrating her life Mass Services will be held April 11th starting at 10:30 am at St Marguerites with a luncheon to follow.
