Colleen G. Oliver

Colleen Oliver, 75, of Grantsville, Utah, passed away on February 19th after a long battle with disease that she endured with faith, patience and resolve. She was surrounded by her devoted family. 

Colleen was raised in a loving home where she was taught to love the Lord, value education, delight in music, appreciate nature, and treasure life.

Colleen married her sweetheart, Harold, in the Logan Utah Temple. They raised 7 children of their own and fostered several others. 

Colleen lived her life serving others.

Colleen was active in her church and served in many ways, including service in the temple, family history center, and missions to Monterrey Mexico and Cali Colombia. She loved quilting, gardening, and spending summers in Cooke City, Montana. 

She is preceded in death by her parents Ben and Carrol Grover and her sister Alicia. She is survived by her husband Harold Oliver and her children David Oliver (Michelle), Christine D’Arnall (Dennis), Jessica Maughan (Anthony), Keith Oliver (Bernice), Amelia Seamons (Steven), Elizabeth Lewis (David) and Matthew Oliver (Jenny), 33 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and many other loving family members.

Her example of love and testimony of Jesus Christ will always be remembered.

Services for Colleen will be held on Saturday February 24, 2024 at 428 S. Hale Street,  Grantsville, Ut at 11:00 am with the viewing at 10:00 am. Interment will be at 2:30 pm. at the South Jordan Cemetery, 10650 S 1055 W, South Jordan, UT.
