Carol W. Graft passed away peacefully on September 9, 2023 surrounded by her family. Carol was born December 15, 1940 to Stanley and Alice Whitehouse in Tooele, UT. She married John M. Graft on March 23, 1959. They had two boys: John S. Graft and Tetry Graft.

She was an active member of the LDS Church and enjoyed doing temple work with her friends. She worked for several years as a cook in the nursing home preparing meals for the residents. She also worked as a school bus attendant for the Tooele County School District. She loved the kids she worked with and was sad when she had to retire.

She loved spending time at the Grantsville Senior Center, especially playing bunko. She was a member of the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers and enjoyed volunteering for them. She was always wanting to help anyone who needed it. Her greatest joy came from spending time with her children and grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband: John M. Graft; sisters: Amy Neilson and Elaine Allen; and brother: Stan (Bud) Whitehouse.

She is survived by her sons: John S. Graft (Berta) and Terry Graft (Geana); two brothers: Bob Whitehouse and Allen Whitehouse.
