Bryan Laney

Bryan Tyler De Laney was born May 31, 1995 to Bryan and Danielle De Laney. He was taken tragically in an auto accident on August 9, 2013. Tyler is a great kid, loved by all that know him. He would do anything for anyone. Tyler has the ability to make instant friends with anyone he meets. He can put a smile on anyone's face and make them laugh. Tyler was an avid bowler, enjoying his time competitive bowling or just bowling with his family. He also took great joy in the fact that he didn't have to try very hard to beat his dad anymore. Tyler went through his school years in Grantsville. Although through high school he hated school, he loved his teachers. His greatest passions in life were his family, friends, and participating in the FCCLA club. He enjoyed the opportunity it gave him to travel the country. Tyler loved his time working at his job at Soelberg's. More than the pay he received, he just enjoyed talking to people. He always looked forward to our two big camping trips every year and the time he was able to spend with his family. Tyler is survived by his parents, Bryan and Danielle; sister BreAnn, brothers, Zachary, Joshua, and Matthew. He is also survived by his Grandparents Roger and Faye De Laney and Judy Atkinson, along with many aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends. He was preceded in death by his Grandpa Richard Atkinson, Uncle Rodney De Laney, and cousin Michael Atkinson. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 on Tuesday, August 13, at the Grantsville 11th ward chapel (410 Shelley Lane). There will be a viewing Monday night, August 12 from 6:00 - 8:00 pm and again on Tuesday 10:00 am prior to services at the same location. Tyler, you will be missed by so many. You haved touched so many lives and will continue to do so. Services entrusted with Didericksen Memorial, 435-277-0050.
