Brenda Jean Andrus, 72, of Stansbury Park, Utah, passed away peacefully in her sleep on August 7, 2024. Born on September 4, 1951, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, she was the beloved daughter of the late Orvell and Wanda Jeanne. Brenda’s life was marked by her devotion to her family, her faith and her love of shopping.
Brenda graduated from Grenada High School in 1969. She worked for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints for 25 years and loved every day she went to work. She enjoyed shopping, knitting and crocheting gifts, and spending time with her family. She was known for her wheezing laugh, drinking the hottest possible salsa, her crazy midnight text messages, her beautiful clothes and outfits, and her dedication and devotion to her family and job.
Brenda is survived by her husband Richard Andrus; her daughters Sabrina Maloy and Shauna (Stephen) Peck; sister Sharen Snyder; brother Worthy Stephens; stepsons Richard L., Bradley, Robert, and Brandi Andrus; grandchildren Hannah Lopez (Momeyer), Fielding Casper, and Cecily Momeyer; Great-grandkids Apollo and Sienna; along with many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She is preceded in death by her parents Orvell and Wanda Jeanne and her brothers Roger and Jerry Stephens.
A Funeral will be held on August 17, 2024, at 1366 Canyon Rd Lakepoint, UT. There will be an immediate family only visitation before the service at 9:30 am. Public respects start at 10:00 am and Funeral Services start at 11:00 am.

Brenda will be dearly missed by all who knew her. She will be remembered for her kindness, compassion, selflessness, her ability to always make you feel seen and loved. May she rest in peace.
