Anthony (Tony) Brinton Hiatt passed away at his home on Saturday, October 3rd, 2020. He was born October 2nd, 1977 To John Loran Hiatt and Halene Brinton Hiatt. As a youth, Tony was active in scouting and loved to go fishing with his father on their boat at Strawberry Reservoir. Often, he helped his father in crafting leather boots at his fathers “Hiatt Dance Boot Company”. His father was a lead dancer at ballet west for many years and made dance boots and shoes for them and many other dance companies’ around the country. Tony enjoyed, mountain biking, snowboarding, wake boarding and had dreams of becoming a DJ. Tony worked many jobs and finally settled as an electrician and received his license. Tony met his wife, Donna Marie Hiatt, at his electrician job. She was also an electrician. They later married Christmas day of 2019. They enjoyed each other’s company and would go to Sizzler in Sugar House Park every Sunday. Tony is preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Jeffrey Brinton Hiatt. He is survived by his wife, Donna; and his stepson, Dustin Jolley. Due to Covid 19, there will be a Celebration of Life later held at Sugar House Park at a later date.
